I'm on top - Spio-Gabrah

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Commonwealth Telecommunications Organization (CTO), Dr Ekow Spio-Garbrah, has declared that he is on top, as far as the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) vice chairmanship race is concerned. The former NDC presidential aspirant noted that he has not encountered any difficulty since he kicked-started his campaign, adding that events have moved on according to plan. He said he has been accorded the dignity of a hero's welcome at every constituency he has visited, a signal that delegates and party activists have wholeheartedly accepted his bid of becoming the party's vice chairman. Former Garu-Tempane DCE to contest Regional Secretary position

A former District Chief Executive for Garu-Tempane under the New Patriotic Party (NPP) administration, Mr Joseph Kpemka Dindiok, has announced his intention to contest for the position of the Regional Secretary of the NPP. Speaking to the Ghana News Agency after he had filed his papers, he said he would ensure the NPP wins more parliamentary seats in the region during Election 2012. Mr Dindiok said with the party now in opposition, it needed executives who were selfless and vibrant and have the potentials to use the various channels of communications to woe more people into the party. The aspirant, who was the DCE from August 2008 to February 2009, appealed to all party supporters to eschew acts that would hinder the development of the party.

In his effort to cast me in bad light, he revealed that I had been referring to Mr. Ben Ephson some years ago when I complained about a journalist wanting money from me to put my campaign in a good light.
