VOLTA YOUTH THREATENED TO MAKE GOVERNMENT UNPOPULAR

A pressure group known as Volta Youth Movement base in the Volta region has rejected the president’s nominee to the region. The president earlier this week Nominated Mrs. Helen Adjoa Ntoso, as regional minister for the Volta Region following the demise of Hon Henry Ford Kamal. But according to the group the president’s decision is misplace. Speaking to Ultimate Radio, the chairman of the group Mr. Quentin Paa Willie said there was no consensus to the appointment by the president. They also cited bad human relationship and unpopularity on behalf of Mr. Ntoso as the reasons for their call.   They have therefore threatened to make the minister uncomfortable if parliament goes ahead to endorse her Nomination.
