Mysterious death hits Tempane SHS

A 20-year old Second Year student of the Tempane Senior High School, Georgina Kombet has been found dead on a foot path near the school.
Georgina whose parents are yet to come to terms with her death is said to have left home on Tuesday night at Kpipkira with her friend to collect a book from another friend only to be found dead near the girls' hostel of the school.
According to the father,Georgina had come home over the weekend for some money which was given to her on Tuesday but she decided to pospone her return to school because it was too late and the possibility of getting a mean of transport was low. He indicated that while at home a call came through the deceased phone but the caller whose name appeared as Daniel cut the call when he realized it was a male voice that answered the call.
After that the deceased took the phone from her brother who had answered the call and left to one Bismark for a book.
Francis Kombet, brother to the deceased corroborating the the father's account disclosed that shortly after his sister left, her friend whose name was only given as Afia came to ask after her. Francis added that, left with the said Afia when she came back at around 8pm only to be found dead this morning.
The Headmaster of the school Issah Saani Mahama disclosed that he had a call from the Chief of the area who told him of the incident. According to him he informed the police and dashed to the school to identify the student.
The body which had no physical signs of abuse has been conveyed to the Quality Medical Center for autopsy. Meanwhile police sources say they believe Georgina was killed somewhere and the body dumped at the school.
