Ghana will not attain MDG 6 if....

Ghana may not be able to achieve the millennium development goal 6 which is to Combat HIV/AIDS, malaria and other diseases if the currently challenges facing the HIV/AIDS control programme are not immediately solve. Ghana among other countries agreed on a set of common goals for developing countries, known as the Millennium Development Goals, which includes combating HIV/AIDS.
 According to the Ashanti Regional Director of the HIV/AIDS control Programme Dr Agyarko Poku,  The deadly transmitted disease may not be control under the currently situation they found themselves. He said the programme is facing numerous challenges, which includes under staff, logistics, test kit and inadequate funds to do monitoring for the past one year.
